Check - In / Check - Out

What time am I able to check-in? 

From 2 pm (14h00) - 10 pm (22:00)

What time should I check-out by? 

You should check-out anytime before 12 pm (12h00).

My flight arrives late in the evening; will it be possible to check-in late? 

Our Retreat does not have staff on duty 24 hours a day, however, if you inform us in advance, we will arrange to have someone meet you on arrival.  Arrival after 10pm (November-May) and after 12am ( June-October) will incur a 25 euro surcharge.

My flight arrives early in the morning; will it be possible to check-in early? 

Please be advised our standard check in time is anytime after 2 pm (14h00). To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in may be possible. Otherwise, you may leave your luggage free of charge in our cafe prior to your check-in.

My flight leaves late in the day; will it be possible to check-out late? 

Should you wish to retain your room after 12 pm (12h00), please arrange with us at the reception. All rooms subject to availability. The following charges may apply: 50% of the price of the room before 6 pm (18h00); the full price of the room after 6 pm (18h00).

Services & Amenities

Is wireless internet available at the retreat? 

Wifi is available in common areas at the retreat and in some of the rooms. We ask all of our guests to be mindful of how often they connect and for which reason.  We have purposefully limited coverage at the centre, as a way for guests to detach during their stay. 

Is breakfast included in the price? 

A farm vegetarian Brunch, with home made bread , local delicacies, and organic ingredients, is included in the price of any room. The Brunch is served between 9:00 am to 11 am. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know.

Is room service available? 

Room service is not available at our Retreat.

Is a laundry service available? 

Laundry requests can be arranged with us at the reception.

Is a shuttle service available?

 It is possible to book a shuttle (Taxi) service that will drive you from and to Lisbon Airport or Grandola train station.  Please enquire for fees.

Is the retreat pet friendly? 

We love all animals. After all, we are a working farm. However, in order to provide a comfortable environment for all of our guests, we only allow small pets (to a maximum of 15 kg) in the Retreat rooms, at an extra fee. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend, please contact us for further details.

Can I make a special request if I wish to surprise someone? 

We are ready to help you in any way possible. So, if you wish to request a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of champagne or a cake in order to surprise someone, we are here to help you make that happen.

Are children welcome at the retreat centre? 

Our Retreat is family-friendly, so we welcome all our guests, including the little ones, unless otherwise stated on a specific retreat/event or workshop. No matter the age, we ask all of our guests to respect each other kindly, and consciously keeping the environment joyful, peaceful and clean.
 

Cancellations

What is your full cancellation policy? 

Reservations can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 48 hours before 12 noon (12h00) on the first day of your booking. If you cancel your reservation any later than that, you will be charged for the first night of your intended stay. Any cancellation should be requested using the email reservation@antararetreat.com
